Thread regarding Marathon Petroleum layoffs

Are there any changes for the better?

It's been half a year since I've left here and I don't miss anything in particular, except for a few colleagues, who have also moved to other companies.

I worked here for a long time and I’d like to know if there are some shifts for the better and if the atmosphere is at least a little better?

I finally have an MPC positive! They have cured my fear of flying. Every time I fly now I just think... Hey if this plane goes down I don't have to go back to work there. Haven't had a nervous flight since. Thanks MPC

There’s definitely more relationships between married senior management and employees, so guess some people are taken care of.. ha

Aren’t qualified is a correct statement!

Nope, still a total disaster, worsening everyday. The new executives either don’t give a damn, or aren’t qualified to fix the major problems facing this company.
