I wonder if you can get paid for this. Like let's say you're a disgreeable person who likes messing with people. You get a job in management, sc--w with people until they all leave, then bring in an outside consulting firm who gives you a big financial kickback for it.

If the external firm turns out to be inept (which they usually do) after which you let go, you already got a big paycheck for your participation. Since you're such a disagreeable person anyways it works out better for you than trying to act like a decent manager.

There's definitely something going on. Even Bloomberg is reporting that we want to sell the European Business entirely.

Is there new news in regards next steps for leadership?
There seems to be a steady flow of well established leaders leaving the business - either being pushed or just had enough.
This is usually a sign of something bigger happening down the line.
