Does anyone know exactly why no one is told their assessment test results? Does anyone know if management really chooses who they want to keep and who they want to let go? Meaning the “assessment test” is just a smokescreen to cover Allstate’s a-s?

The assessment is what they fall back on if they are called out on real reasons for letting people go- if you have 5+ years your salary is to high and if your over 50-55 years old they replace you with someone much young that they can pay less.
Assessment is only one factor in these decisions along with tenure, previous ratings, etc. That muddies the water just enough and to allow them to cover their assess if ever challenged.
I'm guessing that whoever sold them the assessment doesn't want to defend the validity of the results in court.
Way to stand behind your product!
The assessment tests are a deceptive ruse. There’s nothing transparent about it. It’s a joke and it’s on you. It’s yet another way they can hide behind their real tactics.
Let’s ask TW about how he was able to see his results, but no one else can!
I think they generally follow the assessment results. They may find other ways to get rid of you if you pass the assessment and they want you gone, though.
