Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Covid Transparency

Now that more people have returned to office, will there be transparency about positive Covid cases amongst associates who have been in office and around other associates when diagnosed? Are there any thresholds in place such as, if we have ____ # of cases in any location with a specified # of days, that office will close for ____# of days? Or will associates be asked to blindly accept the risks without any level of disclosure? Will offices remain open in communities with high infection rates & spread? If the company is making data driven decisions, sharing that data might help associates feel more secure about the decisions being made on their behalf.

If you're vaccinated or had COVID, then you have the antibodies and you're protected about as best as you can be. Worry less about what others may do. You only have control over your own situation.

Your logical thinking has no place at adp!!!!! the only update is they won’t push for people to be in office 3 days a week in august as was originally planned.

My guess is they will follow what each state does. If numbers go up and restrictions are added they will send people home.

I wonder how many people who are supposed to be in the office are going in regularly now...?
