I haven’t been here that long so I don’t know, has MRO ever been in a worse situation than it is now?

Morale is even lower from 2015 mass layoffs, who knew LT could achieved the lowest reward, but no doubt PW helped too!
In the tower, there have never been any periods when even the lowest levels of management have been as incompetent and comically arrogant as they are today. Not in the last thirty years that I have seen, at least. Regarding the middle management, it is simply the loonies running the nuthouse. They have no clue what is going on in the field.
It is not the cyclical nature of the industry that is doing this. It’s a Company on the road to ruin. If you seriously disagree try to picture the next 5 years.
Seems we have begun to lose people at an increasing rate and from all levels. People are voting with their feet.
I don’t think it’s bad here. At least not any worse than other companies I’ve worked for. I think the industry as a whole is going through rough times but it always comes back. Not everyone can handle the cyclical nature of the industry
I feel sorry for you. I am happy, fulfilled and learning at MRO. You should quit and find a happy place. The job market is hot and you have no excuses unless you are just a whiner and complainer. Or just a loser that lucked into a job at MRO and no one else would hire.
When Todd Abbott and penny stock Eric Niccum were hand selected to be the Permian brain trust was pretty good!
In 2015(?), LT's famous Ford GT youtube video came out as mass layoffs were happening. Morale was pretty low then.
