Forecasting Issue?

On this morning's call, David mentioned a couple of time about a forecasting issue. He didn't say that it was directly related to this but he seemed to indicate that he was displeased about how the forecast was missed. When was the last time Finance had a restructure? We all know that the Finance VP recently left. What is going on??

Quotas are way screwed up across the board which caused forecasting roll up to be wrong. Bad Sales leadership and Citrix screwed partners over so bad that they have walked away.

I would assume the WW sales leader will get sacked, about time. Someone will have to take the blame and I am sure it isn't finance, as they don't forecast they get thing's booked.

On the other side of things, are we surprised? Look how many high performer's have left.

Not quite. If you forecast correctly, you don’t miss ;)

Thankfully it was not blamed on an intern as SolarWinds did for the security breach. I call it a win.

Isn't "forecasting issue" just corpo speak for "We thought we were going to better than we did?"
