Been here for 7 yrs and I am growing disillusioned. This pandemic finally made me see things in a different light.

Go for it. I joined a new company a few months ago due to my role at Salesforce becoming unbearable. I was offered nearly double my salary (partly due to having Salesforce on my CV).
As mentioned, the company is heading in a new direction by outsourcing a lot of roles in 3rd world countries.
New employees had no experience and were bringing down employee morale and customer satisfaction.
I'm going through exactly the same thing. Without the amazing office perks, there is not much on offer anymore. The company is going through cutbacks, e.g. outsourcing towards places such as India and Philippines. Other companies seem to offer better salaries, better PTO balances, and easier progression without the politics.
What are you seeing differently to make you think about looking elsewhere?
