What did folk think of this?

There was a lot of talk about the ‘data’, but a notable lack of it actually shared. Just broad assertions like “women and people of colour are underrepresented” and “white men had the largest advantage in the hiring process”.

Why can’t they actually share the numbers or give an indication of what we are aiming for?

White men are a minority in Cambridge, can't speak for the US since the executives only seem to think the US exists.

If you are hired as a Chief of Diversity because of your skin colour and are able to decide who is or isn't priveleged, then the race you belong to might actually be priveleged.

As the old saying, get woke go broke, and ARM is not making much profit anymore.
