Exactly this. I don't know how they can even be considering layoffs when so many people are leaving on their own and not being replaced that we are getting more understaffed every single day. Current attrition is more than enough to pad their numbers without the need to cut even more folks.
Please. They paid a company almost $20k to be called a "Great Place to Work". If people are leaving its not having the right people its the management. Now they are randomly promoting people to BS titles so they can try to keep them to say. The KHC has lost its way; can't keep talent if you don't have it from the get go.
Insane how many people have left KHC this year. Hopefully they can reinvest that money into retaining the right talent.
