It would require my manager to have enough investment in his own job first.
Aside from the required meeting from corporate, we’ve yet to have a staff meeting since the guy joined the company.
Can’t even get names right in emails. Apparently my name is now “George”, or “Frank”, or “Doug”.
And this is the person who will be overseeing my yearly review and performance/merit increase? Are you kidding me?
I’m out of here at the end of the week. Best Christmas present I could give myself.
