Thread regarding IBM layoffs

My parents installed net nanny so I spend all my time posting fake questions.

My parents installed net nanny so I spend all my time on these boards asking silly questions and posting fake observations. I don’t work for IBM. I don’t even work at all - IT is too tough for me and makes my head hurt. I’m 36 and my parents support me so I really can’t do anything about net nanny’s restrictions except harass the working people with my silly questions and comments.

Regardless of what anyone says, IBM failed years ago. It’s an embarrassment with no good products to speak of. Defend it all you want and feel free to go down with it.

I worked for IBM for four+ decades. I hope they don’t go under as well so I don’t loose part of my pension that is tied to the last time IBM tried to F$&K their employees by cancelling their old pension plan. I was moved back to the old plan because an employee sued and IBM lost. Things never change!!! Otherwise, sc--w IBM and their arrogant, greedy executive SH--S!!!

Mr Troll, ok I'll bite ...

Not all, but most observations shared on this board appear spot one (to me at least). I no longer work at IBM, but can relate to the idiosyncrasies, red tape, poor management, inadequate products and support, lack of even basic knowledge at the technical staff level, stupid business decisions to sacrifice long term client relations (and profit) for short term "wins".

I could go on an on, this board nails it if you ask me. And yes, I believe IBM is soon ending up as a shadow of it self. Not because I want them to, but because that is factually what happens.

Tell your nanny and parents that, they probably did not even know about IBM!
