Experiences with getting a matching pay and benefits

It still hasn't gotten so bad here that I would consider worse offers, but let's say I'm a little bored with this company. I would like to make some change.
I am interested in what are your experiences with finding better options, jobs with the same or better pay and benefits? Did a lot of people accept worse offers just to get out of here as soon as possible?

It entirely depends on which field you're in. If you're in IT or data science, you can find a job that pays $30k+ over GM within 2 weeks.

If you're like most managers, engineers, designers, PMs and BAs, might have a harder time, not just because they don't pay as well cery often, but because there's a 80% chance GM taught you antipatterns.
