Results are in, if you are on shore and you get more than 1% then you did really really well! If you're offshore, the most you probably got was 10%, but hey that's ok, you can walk out the door and double your salary, so certainly don't waste your time here!

Yes, it's exactly what everyone expected, and even with all the attrition and people leaving this company can't do anything to stop the bleeding. Epic, epic fail in progress!

1% or less is a huge in your face insult but I come to expect that from this bunch. Yes, effectively paying your staff less each year is a big motivator! Will this ever get any better?

Real inflation rate in the USA is almost 10% per year. So a 1% raise means you actually lose 9% of your earnings power. Your getting a 9% pay cut in real earnings rates! Yet the big boys get millions in stock options and deferred compensation income!

1%? No other company in town gives that tiny amount!
