The pet side of the buess has been a real struggle. Even since GMI took over the mass people have been leaving at all pay bands and now right tallent retention is more critical than ever. There are teams that have heavy teams and there are Buffs working from early morning well into the night Monday to Friday without trying to burn out. I wish B.Q. or J.H. or P.G. would open there eyes. Feels like we are in the pound, on the table, getting ready to be euthanized...just waiting for the needle to go in.

Folks are leaving NAR sales just as quickly. Post restructure headcount was cut, however no change to workload expectations. Curious to see what June 1 will look like once the fiscal is over. Regardless, keep your head up and keep pushing towards your goals - whether internal or external. Wishing you luck.
General Mills cares about profit and will eat their young if that is what it takes. They say all the words, but turn their backs as soon as it costs them a penny.
Good luck with them.
You know what is interesting we have lost 13% of our Blue staff this year alone. What ever is going on with employee satisfaction questionnaires hopefully they take it serious.
Forget the needle. It's like taking your staff out behind Blues barn and telling him to run free before pops shows up. You either leave this world forever or you try to keep up for another mile or two.
