It’s disheartening to constantly watch people you care about let go. It also breeds a constant feeling of insecurity. Admittedly just disappointed at yet another round of “Transformation”.

Look at it this way ...how many managers have you had in the last 5-7 years?
New management (not leaders!) thinks they can come in and completely change things around (because the long timers are mo--ns) only to be shocked to discover that tenured people are going above and beyond to provide best in class customer service.
Ultimately, they end up leaving in 3 years (as their stock options vest).......
ON and ON she goes ...... All they are managing to do is ki-l Morale and productivity!

It really sucks that ADP does not offer to let people try to apply to a different position when they are given notice.
If you think ADP is loyal, you are delusional. If you stay there long enough, you are target number 1 when they downsize and will look for ways to push you out. Seems like their employment model is hire new grads to keep salary wages low. #youdon'tmatter
Certainly these neverending layoffs are causing severe morale problems. #Workhappy (not).
Seems that WFN SRE team(s) always get hit. ADP's premiere application and those groups work like dogs. Sorry to see anyone lose their jobs.
Who is in WFN? I thought that was the acronym for the product Workforce Now.
