I think poor management is the number one reason people are leaving here. If they think the best people will stay in the company that has the worst management than they are simply wrong. Oh, wait, the best people are already gone, but this company isn’t even trying to keep those who are very good. I wonder if they tried to keep anyone here after they gave notice?

Looking at the tenure and caliber of talent that has resigned over the past year, I don't think so. Everyone who knows they have the skills and experience to get another job has been leaving. Only the lifers that are skating by, collecting a salary while creating an illusion of contribution seem to be sticking around.
Standard target is 20% for most. Sr. Directors get 30% target, but it is usually more based on results.
33% is not the accurate number. its at 20%
In IT they held the door open for everyone who resigned. Made zero effort to keep folks that had very strong track records. They could care less. Only want folks that conform and Jill themselves to work for them
Probably not. You have to remember, managers get at minimum 33% of there salary as a bonus yearly. The people do not matter. They use fancy quotes and slogans but at the end of the day, the payday is way too good.
