My opinion is that people don’t like when something is mandated to them and I’m afraid there will be plenty of those who will definitely decide to leave MRO if the company decides to mandate the vaccination. There may not be many of them, but there will be, and among them there may be some good employees that this company must find a way to keep. I hope they are aware of the risks posed by a lack of great employees?

Some people already quit when we were forced to unwillingly go back to the office so what’s your point? The anti jabbs are more important than the people who already quit because they weren’t going to allow Marathon to the force them into an office building mid pandemic?
Seriously?
Goodbye… don’t let the door hit your @77 on the way out.

Yawn. I think you’re unable to see the bigger picture. That’s ok. I’m sure you feel useful.
Yawn. Keep seeing the same bunk arguments from Facebook and right wing media. If doctors are trying to ki-l you, do us a favor and don’t go the hospital ok??? Save those beds for people that deserve them, like the kid that had to wait 6 hours after his appendix ruptured.
For us ex-employees and retirees, anything of note from Lee's town hall meeting today on the vaccine/masks/new office?

So you are saying that the vaccines do not work if the vaccinated need to be saved from the unvaccinated?
Focused Protection requires shielding the vulnerable. I just didn't realise that it's the vaccinated who are the vulnerable.
They are acutely aware of the risks of losing great people... that's why the mandate is coming. To save them from the anti-vaxxers.
