Now have the former OCC Auditor who let all these issues slide on their watch on the executive leadership team. What a joke. The executives have no one to blame but themselves.

Cease and Desist Order to boot. Chief Risk Officer and the Compliance Officer has been asleep at the wheel for a long time. Executive Leaders have been touting how they want to get the bank on solid ground so they can acquire other banks, guess that's off the table.
Don't think you can sit around and its going to be kumbaya, your f'ed as of today. If your sales or something you might be ok, but if your in any sort of overhead function, kiss your job good bye. First thing they do with a merger is axe any duplicate functions. Don't be the last su---r out the door, sprint now, cause no one wants to hire you if your unemployed.
