So if ncr outsourced jobs to Serbia and India etc. why does the US government also send those country’s money? As in foreign aid. Isn’t taking our jobs and companies investment in those countries enough?
Really I pay taxes like the rest of you. I get laid off and I’m still in the end helping them.

Well said. I might add by doing what all corporations have been doing is not only outsourcing the jobs but also the technology. Nothing gives those outsourced folks any reason not to share internal proprietary information to other countries.. which is why American is slowly losing the game.
Serbia are not taking jobs. NCR is corrupt company where they only care about profits and profits only. NCR has manage to invest money in Serbia with a government deal where they can have same human being doing the job for less money.

Technically the leaders in Serbia, Philippines and India are exploiting their people and environment at rock bottom prices for the kickbacks they receive from US companies. Case in point, Union Carbide. How many toxic spills have they ki---d overseas to make their products ?
Of course they are not stealing our jobs per say. It’s the upper management giving them away for bonus money.
Yes I to had a job out sourced to india but it came back due to complaints you can understand them. Think that’s why Serbia came in next. India now are non customer facing roles
Outsourcing has been going on for years. Not just NCR but they are taking advantage of the work forces in other countries their willing to do a job for less money. In fact much less in some cases. The people in Serbia seem decent but I agree with the person who posted about turnover. Last company I worked for also did this and sent jobs to India and the Philippines but then a certain amount of staff was brought back here to the US due to service issues and complaints.

Technically Serbia and India aren't taking our jobs, corporations just like the lower price tag associated with the work force over there. They aren't "stealing" positions that "belong" to a US resource.
