I didn’t want to leave the company, I had many friends there and had invested heavily in training and service to the customers and company operations. Even though I was treated terribly by those above me, there was some satisfaction in overcoming all of the challenges and getting the mission accomplished.

In some twisted way, I am grateful for all the threats and bad treatment and low raises over the past few years. I have learned that there can be victory, success, and growth as the outcome from struggle if you are determined. In my case, I moved on but was able to grow as a person and gained valuable leadership skills.

It's gotten to be darn near unbearable. And I've been one of those actually enjoying the spectacle and easy money. A lot of people are definitely looking for an exit. Don't be loyal to a company like this! They're not loyal to you!

Not everyone is wanting to leave 'DST" right away. Some people enjoy it. They don't really have to work hard or have deadlines. They can take time off wheneven, its not scheduled around client needs or how busy the office is. They get nice raises. They are spoken to kindly. They are having s-x with their direct supervisor too.
