With diversity officers, inclusion councils, and thought management roles, it is clear the focus has shifted to pandering to social movements.
The change has been subtle at the company so far but gaining speed in the past year. This might not be direct layoffs but rather preferential treatment to those who check off a social trend box to satisfy a quota from upper management.

A real sign of the Westinghouse downfall was when they had the rainbow flags up the driveway to celebrate G-y Pride Month. What an insult to those that don't believe in that garbage. Seeing men dressed as women at work has gotten ridiculous. More focus on the work is needed. This is what happens when "woke" Europeans try to run a company. Meanwhile the management is shifting American jobs to Europe. No surprise there.
