I've been working in IT for the last 16 years. I joined Accenture a year ago and I can tell you with confidence that this is the worst work experience I've had so far. There are so many things that are wrong here, but the one that bugs me the most is the fact that we have non-technical management who constantly think they know better than somebody with a highly technical background and insist things be done their way. When it's all done their way, guess who gets the blame when something doesn't work?

I went for interviews and I alr know it’s made up of political as--s at the top. You lose nothing not working for this company I am just waiting for the stock price to go down on this lousy company.
There are technical air heads too. There is this Accenture Stanley Lee Tech leader who thinks he is that great just because he lasted so long in Accenture. And that is the only company he has worked for. Pity those who work under him or with him
Welcome to Accenture! It’s not about your skills, but how well you play the game and who likes you. Hi
Nothing new here. Your career path is to become a Powerpoint/Excel operator.. oh don't forget to dress up like bankers because you have to baffle the customer with bu-----t. You will lose your technical skills because the offshore team is much cheaper to deploy and leadership will discourage you with 'rank and yank'.
