I regret ever coming to Accenture. In my case, this is like a curse. Before I came here I had 3 offers and I chose this company. After a few years spent here, I can’t get a solid offer for months now. I feel stuck.
What are your experiences with looking for a new job?
There is a happier life after Accenture. I know they make you feel like you will never do work so great, so innovative, so cutting-edge, like you will never work for another like them... but what you will gain back is your confidence, your sense of self and your overall happiness. After a decade here, leaving was the best thing I ever did. I wish I had known and left sooner. I took years off of my life based on all the stress and BS I took on from this place. It’s never to late to move on; and reclaim your life.
Depends on your skills - if they withered while at Accenture you might be out of luck. My advice is try to find some kick back job at Accenture, put your feet up, pull in a pay check and check out after 40 hours. Then with all the free time you have, try to look into a business or investments, so you don't have to work at a place like Accenture for the rest of your life.
Working like a drone in cubicles (not even your own) in high-rise towers, you will get paranoid with panic attacks whenever your boss' boss calls a meeting (layoff ?).
What you want is to WFH on a contractor rate and avoid all the office bu-----t. And avoid the vaccine, it's all risk on you and profits for Big Pharma.
