Thread regarding Accenture layoffs

Any sound advice?

I landed a job here straight out of college years ago. This was my first and I’ve finally decided to venture out and expand on my career since I seem to have hit a wall here. I’ve got a few interviews lined up for the following week and to say I’m nervous is an understatement. Does anyone have any advice on how I should make myself seem more confident (I am an introvert) and the topics I should pinpoint on to make myself more desirable?

Agreed. Leave. After over a decade there I was a victim of a poor Lead saving face and ensuring I was ranked in the Performance Achievement “5% + 5%” strategy last year and wound up in bottom 5% last year. Since I was exited in the last year, I have lost 65lbs, and gained my life and happiness back. I swear my cortisol was on all the time like a constant faucet while working there. Everything was a fire-drill and there was a Leadership name dropping tied to everything. Although we were told last year to “take the space and Grace you need personally” it all comes down to who you work for and if they like you.

Leave. That's the only advice you need.
