No requirement to sign the arbitration agreement. The way to "opt out" is to not do it by the deadline.
@3tka+1cbg5fLF: You don't get severance if you are fired for cause. If you don't sign it and they have deemed it mandatory, it will be considered gross insubordination. They will probably suspend you without pay first and then fire you. The choice is yours if this is the hill you wish to die on. We all have difficult choices to make in the coming months.
