They continue to stall stating employees due severance payouts are still being reviewed. Nevermind they're out of bankruptcy. My claim stands as Asserted, and yesterdays response to when I can expect payment was as follows: Thank you for your inquiry.

In other words, Hertz Screwed you and is in no hurry to do anything. Maybe we need to get a forum and look into class action. Although not like the CA suit where Arelene Green called them out on violation of the WARN act, took $10K and left the rest of us to get $216 in lieu of 60 days pay.
