Being a healthcare firm, we're not even requiring folks to be vaccinated in the office. Nor be tested. Wi--y nilly no mask at times. Not sanitized/cleaned regularly at all, lack of safety supplies. Leadership making the decisions working from home 7 days a week while you're in an office with reckless standards.

Molina does not practice what they preach. This borderlines on criminal negligence. I am a lawyer if anyone needs one. HR represents the company and not your interests. OSHA and other State and Federal Entities should review Molina Workplace safety standards and how they're actually applied.
How do our Medical Directors feel?
They work side by side with us . Yes they have their own offices BUT long walk and many of faces to get there!
I am so disappointed . Our Ohio office was not clean to begin with… we had one older lady during the day cleaning all bathrooms … can you see her trying to meet COVID standards??? Let alone the building is old the vents are never changed the bathrooms run down from the 6th floor to the 1st (you know what). I am Sick just thinking about it.
And this in the news today:
Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx held a private conference with the governors of Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana to warn them that the transmissions rates of COVID-19 in their states are starting to pick up.
Joe and Larry are you not looking at other companies in Ohio and the other states… their people got the thumbs up to work from home perm for their safety and safety of their families .
3 week advance notice on return to office got 12 hours here
lip service a good game and deliver less - the molina way
Cases on the rise and here we are not socially distanced in offices and covid safety people nowhere to be found.
