I’ve read a lot of complaints here. Very seldom if ever do you find something positive which is quite sad. But not everyone hates Frontier. There are still people who work hard and they’re not doing it just to kiss up as some may think. They are doing it because of a combination of having job satisfaction and strong work ethics to do more than the bare minimum. I give them credit where it’s due. You won’t find them coming here to disparage the hand that feeds them.

Fu-k you, I would love to get a few years of this sh-t-a-s job where I wasn't swarmed with re--rds all day long wanting to know how to do their jobs..
I’m certain no one is coming to YOU asking how to do their job. From the looks of your reply you barely have the education of a 5th grader. I’m guessing you’re a Frontier 1st level manager.
I quit hating Frontier in February of 2020, when I took my lump sum and retired.

I love my job and my immediate management over my department. However I think upper management is an absolute clueless joke. We could have an amazing company that is the best in the US but the id--ts at the top couldn't even manage a 7-11 let alone a billion dollar company.
OP HUMAN RESOURCE POST. LIARS!!!!
Indeed there are still a lot of people that work hard here. Unfortunately, there are few if any that work smart here any longer. Management has no clue how to run a communications company. When the people at the bottom are begging to return to the rules and regulations that made us successful in the past, only to be told by the Executive level management “just get it done”. It reveals a huge disconnect between doing things correctly and in an organized fashion. Or simply flying by the seat of your pants because no one above knows procedures for our business anymore. Working hard is not even an issue. If you don’t see the cracks in the infrastructure in this place you are no doubt part of the problem
