I was amused by someone’s post that an ordinary worker can help fix things here because current leadership is open to suggestions for improvements. This is the first time I've heard something like this. I wish it were so, but c'mon... where do you get such an idea that leadership is open to suggestions for improvement?

Yeah! Lets have that software team and pmo come up with another white elephant… what a bunch of self overpaid advancing bunch. We need a clean up
Wait… drumrolls! The way to salvation is:
another platform project like granite or titan (preferably with some AI lol )
A promo for the fake directors and VP that have been there for 2 years + and produce nothing real but are great at social engineering
More leadership change to enable more $ for the leaders
Poor OP is just an ordinary worker, not able to imagine nor contribute to anything new or exciting and has nothing better to do than complain about others for his short comings life dealt while still receiving a pay check from mama’s basement.
I'm amused at the envy exhibited by one "ordinary worker" in response to a claim from another ordinary worker that he or she was listened to. I guess some people just can't help themselves... Maybe try to learn from the success of others instead of moping around and dwelling on your failures?
They may be open to suggestion but nothing is going to change. The business does not want to mess with the sales of the old products. They are scared of the firmly entrenched "retired in place" engineering leadership. Unti someone is willing to get rid of that, no meaningful products will come out. Just incremental changes to the same old things.
Is the OP high?
Must be someone from austin….
There are no layoffs
We make tons of money selling i dont know what. Obviously old tech and cr-p software are in high demands …
Must be texh from mougins??? Ohh like everyone nothing new
