I work at the Portland office and in the past month alone 10-15 people I worked with have left. Some have left without having other employment lined up just to get a break. What the he-l is going on?

2 days a week remote is a joke, I'm leaving to find fully remote work, maybe somewhere with actual opportunity for growth, not just filling open positions with nike washouts.
Could be the campus is uber toxic and working from home is less toxic and less a girls club. (Intended pun) Can’t fake it as much on campus and no one becomes accountable. Step on campus and you gotta work not just hop on teams calls. (Intended pun)
Covid effect. There are many articles online about the fact people are quitting their jobs vs go back to the office. And now with ma y teams getting the order to head back in - some have learned that there are better things in life.
