Thread regarding General Motors layoffs

It doesn’t matter if you’re doing a good job or not

In both cases you are treated very badly here. Moreover, sometimes I think that those who work the bare minimum have even better treatment. What do hard workers have here other than more stress? As a hard worker, all I ever got is more work. Fortunately, those days are over. Goodbye GM, health is priceless.

I did more work, then recieved more work. Then the experienced engineers started to feel threatened so they made every single day of my life unbearable. You can get away with some pretty bad stuff depending on the leader and your relationship with them.
