Having left after a short stint as a senior leader, it was clear their focus was on white, not bright! They would make me hire d-mb kids with no relevant experience with an expectation of tutoring. Complete waste of time for those focused on result..

Firstly, BCG will have never published data on the percentage of non-white Partners. Because, when you go to their WWOM - World Wide Officers Meeting - it's a Bag of Marshmallows, with an accidental chocolate or two! It is a circleJ--k of privileged white (mostly men) averaging $1.3M a year pretending to care about equality or planet cause it makes them look Woke with their clients.
Then, there is internal discrimination within the firm. Consulting never interacts with business management. Partners have a Subservient attitude towards the entire company. In fact, in many cases it's Incestuous. Talking about it leads to vendetta in the form of sh---y projects with long hours and crazy travel schedules in a terrible location.
It is a rotten culture - like a virus wrapped in a Tiffany Box - don't mistake needing to be there, with Want!
