What was the thing that finally pushed you over the edge and made you say this is it? I'm worried about leaving without a new job lined up but after a confrontation I had with my manager yesterday (he accused me of not doing something that's not part of my job AND he never told me to do,) I'm about ready to just say fu-k it and leave.

The company is going down hill management ruined it and sales clearly can’t sell milk since takeover they haven’t picked up a major account since they rather make rules then sell milk
Having to work around whiny red as--s e that would rather sleep and fight with other employees and managers instead of doing their jobs plant has no standards who they hire.
Don’t leave without a job steal as much time as you can. I left because it wasn’t worth it without a pension and if your a driver you gonna be ousted by outside sources at some point
Do it. Unskilled labor is not always in demand, but it is right now.
Getting told to do things that I knew were wrong, arguing against doing them, getting told to do them anyway or else I'd be fired, and then getting yelled when what I said was going to happen happened. Hated coming to work every day. New gig isn't perfect, but I'm never yelled at and I sleep well at night.
Sounds like ya know what to do !!! Leave and finally have a happy life 😊
