MRO should follow suit with Delta Airlines. Delta's plan allows the employee the freedom to choose to get vaccinated or not. We all want the right to choose. If you don't get vaccinated, your monthly medical payment increases by $200. This is a solid demonstration of a competent manage team dealing with real business costs of Covid sick employees and employee's freedom to choose. Freedom has never...ever been free.
