Yes I blame the PAST management. You know who I am talking about. The guys that put in so much effort to build and support downtown KCMO. The guys that were so busy working all the time that they married women on the DST payroll, as if they had no outside social life. The guys that never considered paying employee's parking fees, or giving staff great raises. The guys that would never consider moving offices to Kansas and sparing us the 1% earnings tax of KCMO. The ones that support Rockhurst College - but don't require a Christian attitude in running DST. The guys with dual engine boats and love to tight circles in the Ozarks - but would never hold a company retreat in the Ozarks. The ones that ignored sub-accounting and the loss of revenue it brings. But someday soon - nobody under 60 will even recognize their names, they will be nobodies in KCMO. Nothing will be named after them. And DST will no longer exist. I guess its all Karma!

The "Toms" were way over their head trying to run DST. They failed. DST is no more.
It is oddly true that the very top brass at DST married women that worked there in much lesser roles. And there are billions of women in the world. But they all married the girl downstairs? Inbred.
Who cares. Get another job. Move on.
This sounds very specific…
I do hate what happened to the company. I despise the culture of the new owners....but you're just wrong.
