Getting 15% off a non-Bass Pro item is not much of an employee discount. Does it hurt the bottome line that bad to allow employees to get at least 25% off?

JM is being a tightwad. It is a standoff waiting for labor to blink. They won't get a solid crew of employees. All the seniority experience will dwindle on the salesfloor.
How about they just pay more? Watching amazing applicants walk out of interviews because we refuse to be competitive in todays job market. I don’t even feel comfortable buying most products right now since companies are cheapening out due to material demands.
