Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

When did culture at Citrix change so much?

What happened here? This was a decent place to work and now it has the most toxic culture I've experienced in my career, and I've worked at more than a few companies in my nearly three decades of work experience. I hope things will start to improve soon because I don't see myself staying here for much longer if it stays like this.

the culture all started changing years ago after Mark left.
then the old citrites started moving on . they never were able to
keep the good culture going . then the new young hires came in
a few years ago and have no skin in the game . you get bigger
evolve and become more of a corporate type company .
do not think they will get the old vibe back .

Well my friends.

The culture is a reflection of the managers they hire. The good managers left and in came the Kermit's.
One worse than the other.

What they need is a major change of leaders. Most of the current once just care about themselves and harassing staff.

No kidding! Citrix has the most bullies, and toxic culture I have ever seen. Apparently they have a racist culture as well. No one lifts you up. They don’t want to see anyone succeed. Every manager just cares about themselves. When you have a toxic culture it shows to customers and partners. The awful sales managers they hire have caused this culture. I laugh when people leave Citrix and come back because no one will put up with them.
