Yes. But much Better compensation through contract, not direct hire option.
Apply and ask the recruiter, you can always say no. Also I would push back hard on compensation if they low ball you. You have the knowledge that they need and they need that now. Yeah it may not be what it was but it will be closer than if you just accept the first offer
Agree that if rehired, you would be paid a lower salary.
Not 100% sure but I thought there had to be a 6 month gap which may have had to do with insurance benefits.... but again really not sure. Good luck. [your knowledge and expertise has been missed]
Unless your severance had a condition of never re hire with ADP again, you will be fine. They would probably rehire you at a lower salary as your salary. Good luck
