I'm one that had enough. There was no focus on the future, just trying to survive. Left it all behind. The question is not "why do you want to leave Oracle?" but "Why would you want to stay at Oracle?"

Answer that truthfully.

If you are reading this, you probably already know the answer.
Not many companies care less about their "Human Resources"

You are working on new stuff, or being leveraged against it.
Are you working on new projects or being pushed into supporting older products?

Change is great..... if YOU initiate it......
If you are happy then I'm happy for you, otherwise believe in yourself not the BS you are told to keep you where you are.

First - Stop it with the covid and vax and anti-vax bu!!sh!t please. If I wanted to read that sh!t I'd go to tw!tter or insta or fb.
Second - Please focus on the topic -- "the great resignation" -- many people are taking-stock, and contemplating making career decisions they should have made a decade ago.
Third, and most important - Congratulations to anyone & everyone who found their way out of this sh!thole. And congratulations-in-advance to anyone & everyone who eventually will.

Good. No one wants to work with a selfish pi--r anyway.

You do realize you can still catch and transmit COVID even after getting you 1+1+1 shots right and that masking and plexiglas can actually make transmission WORSE, right? Besides if you took it then you are fully protected and have nothing to worry about, correct? Considering the list of side effects range for Inflammation of the myocardium to blood clots to Atrial fibrillation, Why would take that risk if you don't feel it offers any benefits? I think it "cute" when people try to force their opinions down other people when they will suffer none of the consequences if things go wrong. and will simply shrug their shoulders and walk away.

At 44 I’m being offered til many opps and better money to quit. I am gonna talk to my 5th recruiter in as many weeks abs talk about about my 50th job opp. It’s been engaging talking to people and learning about companies that are growing or run by people who are innovators, care and want to build something great. Oracle is Kmart now.

I retired and up until recently figured that once all this madness recedes, I'd go find something in my field to keep me busy and accumulate some disposable income. Between with masking and shots and anything else they might conjure up, I figure nothing is worth a few dollars to be submit to that. I can live quite nicely on what I have and live on my own terms. No amount of money can compromise that.
