Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

Disability leave

I’ve broken my leg but everything I’m going through is somehow less stressful than what I’m most afraid of which is being fired when I come back from disability leave. I wouldn't be the first such case. There seems to be less of those who kept the job after returning from disability leave than those who lost it?

@xks+1d5BKjgW if break is high on leg or cast is it honestly get unbearably uncomfortable trying to sit in a chair for long periods. But on the disability part least if there were no issues before hand, should be fine. Only ones I had seen let go from it were already late constantly or dodging phone calls.

unsure of your position and if it involves going to customer sites at all, but how does having a broken leg require you to be on disability leave? Nearly the entire company is sitting at home on their couches working just fine from home; and not wanting to go back to the office.
