Thread regarding BP PLC layoffs

New hires please stear clear

If you are seeing the unfortunate writing on the wall please share your experiences here so that other top talents, who are thinking of working here, will go elsewhere. Let's help them so they don't waist their time.

The few that will tell you they've had a great experience here are connected via family and friends. They have been the benefactors of nepotism.

I left a few weeks ago and I am soooooo glad. I'll never look back.

I would caution you not to come here. It is pretty bad. A lot of people are getting ready to leave.

Your career will not go anywhere here. Stay where you are. You would be better off. Whatever frustrations you have at your current place will most likely be amplified here.

I've worked at many other companies and I can tell you first hand that this place is way worse than any other I've worked at.

I work at the competitors and just got an offer from BP. Debating whether to stay put to jump to BP. Any insights from existing employees would be beneficial and helpful in my decision making.

Where do I even start. There is too much to even type. I'm burned out here and I'm just done. I'll be leaving soon too. I'm right behind you.
