As hard and exhausting as my job is, I always try to keep in mind that there are those who have it even worse: for example, a job that comes down to how to further cut costs and how to get rid of the remaining people without affecting the salaries of those at the top. A leader really cannot be anyone.
That sounds like General Motors...it sure is hard work punishing people for your own bad decisions and selfish motivations. It is true, it's hard to find people that can handle a management position at GM. Most people aren't that conniving. Most people actually have empathy, rather than just appearing to be the most empathetic while having about the same amount of empathy as the Orkin man has for bugs. They're wolves in sheeps clothing...hard work and ethics makes you the snack.
