Working for a company whose leadership you don’t trust to lead the company in the right direction is exhausting. It seems to me that they don’t even know where CA is headed. Are there any long-term goals for this company at all?

Zzzzzz. We know what the goals are. If you want to work on challenging products that customers want, you'll need to leave. if u want to work on old, non competitive products where clients are stuck...carry on!
We all know who this WA guy is. He is from the currently lock down state in APAC region and was highly favored by his manager for the wrong things-- Suisoku shi tsudzukeru
This post seems to be from the WA guy who left CA before the acquisition was announced and regretting that every single day. He tried to get back but broadcom showed him the middle finger hahaha. Loser -poser
The long-term goals are like any Broadcom franchise... raise prices and support the products with minimal staff. Destroy morale and bring in new people from the third world. There is no CA anymore. Its Broadcom letting a few IBM cronies skim insane RSUs until the franchise stops making money.
Perhaps taking about pre-merger CA?
