Awwww poor Carlos….Looks like you should have got out when you had the chance. With no college degree and a two page filled criminal background check. The best you could get elsewhere is a stockboy at Wal Mart.
Maybe you should get your pot bellied wife to help with bills so you can afford to leave.
It’s every shift, every day. Over worked, fearful employees subsisting on meager pay and increases while the management prospers and the company struggles. We also decided it’s time for a change. Wife and I want the next 16 to be different than last. I can’t keep doing the same thing and expecting something different. Making that change. Thanks R,D and K for your support.
No days off my managers pay lip service that they are doing something to improve the situation but nothing gets better. I’m getting out of here night shift sucks
What’s with all the strike talk?
Too many people afraid to strike they talk game but in the end they give in
I wish there were enough smart people to gather everyone to strike. Unfortunately there are too many weak minded individuals who only look 1 ft in front of them and not toward the future. Right now the worker has all the power, I'm afraid that it'll switch back before our contracts expire.

Don’t be a scab
Different time now then it was when bankruptcy occurred. As contracts come due, strikes will happen. Company/companies (including DFA) no longer have the upper hand. Pension plams just not coming back, but days of s@$%&>/ increases and expensive impossible to use insurance will be ending soon.
No one has ba--s to strike which is why the dairy union will go away
These scared as--s always bend over and take bad deals. We were close to striking 1 time and 1/2 the people panicked on the last vote and now we have no weekend premiums and no pension and paying a ton for insurance. Awesome coworkers.
Always respect a picket line.
LOL...pushing numbers around was what you had to do at Dean and now have to do at DFA in order to keep your job. Leadership didn't and doesn't want the truth, they want rosy BS that they can use to sell that all is OK so that they can claim their unearned bonuses. Same mistakes over and over. May work for awhile but in the end the house of cards always ends up falling.
It is easy to push numbers around to justify your existance. Say we implemented the programs you wanted. It is another to get the plant to work for you.
Good one!! Same clowns 🤡 same outcome unfortunately
Has been amazing to watch more and more DF alum get hired into mid and upper DFA management.
It's going to be different this time. They will be announcing big changes soon :eyeroll:
