When the mangers have their favorites they can do anything. To playing on their phones to making up their own schedule. They appreciate people that don’t do much or nothing at all. To the ones that actually keep the store going they pay us no mind, we are not appreciated. Even though when the managers know nothing they come to us, when they hire new people they come to us to train them. But we also have managers and leads that do nothing but still have the role of a manager.yet if we try to advance in our career we get nowhere, even. Though they come to us! This is a Concent thing at macon store. A lot of people are unappreciated if your not a favorite employee or you don’t kiss bu-t. And they constantly hire outside of the company and never promote from within. Because they don’t care about their employees and will would you full time just won’t offer you it.
