Thread regarding General Atomics layoffs

It's always a blame game

When something goes wrong, I guess you should look for a solution, not spend time on blaming each other. That’s one of the things I like the least about this company. It seems that it is difficult for our managers to accept the responsibility and focus on seeking solutions?

it's because GA is a 99 cent company. Managers can only do a 99 cent job. GA worth = 99 cents = worthless.

Apple Worth = like $1B - their staff get treated right, and their products sell.

Do you want to be treated right? then leave GA for elsewhere. Have confidence in yourself that you can be retrained.

I don’t think you work at GA! I think you are just trying to cause trouble. My managers takes responsibility for everything my department does! She has failed to meet any deadline made for our department! She is unable to retain quality workers! She has one of the highest turn over rates in the company! But her boss fails more than her so everyone gets promoted up together! It’s really a great system at GA…. As long as you fail with your management- one will fail up and get promoted with management!
