I've been with the company for several years now and when I was hired on I got an ok rate but nothing great. I don't was told that I didn't get two raises because of covid and when I got one it wasn't even 1% is there any hope of getting a worth while/livable wage here?

NCR no longer a good company to work for. Its run by elderly pigs looking after their bonuses. You'll see no matter how the company does theyll grab their bonuses every year regardless. It was a fu----g insult to see Hayford grab his 28 million last year. It will get worse before it gets better. Let's see how much he and the feeble LT heist this year.

If your ux design look at gravity payment. 70k starting salary. Even to ceo/owner salary is 70k. Took zero pay during pandemic. Zero layoffs.

Do a search for companies that the ceo and board took massive pay cuts or no salary at all during the pandemic because they are employee focused also.

You find many companies ceo to pay cuts, but you will also fine they laid off a lot and still received millions in bonuses. These are not the companies you want to look at.
I hope the pandemic caused some good changes but only time will tell

You didn’t get raises due to covid? Even tho the leadership team took a small pay cut their bonus was huge. Only 4 words I can GTFO. You can do better. It become a starter company, graduate college, if you land a job here 2 years tops move on.

Good luck with that. They always try to lowball you with the first offer and if you accept unfortunately thats where you start and regardless of the usual 1-2 raises you will remain underpaid.
