Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Competition

I would like to know if Truist is still competing with competitors or has it lost sight of the competition a long time ago?
Employees, on the other hand, compete more than ever, but in a very bad way.
That's probably the reason why the best employees are increasingly leaving and going to competitors.

Has anyone noticed that so many of people in senior positions have been outside hires?

How do you compete with a checkbox system, when hiring and promotions are now based on checkbox quotas versus skill, experience and merit.

@1xqu Yes, haven't you read the memos? Many EVPs have left and/or accepted the VSRP.
