Thread regarding VMware layoffs

Fix it!

This is the company with the most toxic atmosphere I have worked in. The manager is only there to spread the bad vibes. That is not what we need and nor does the company. What can be fixed is the atmosphere. However, they don't seem to care enough to fix it?
Maybe they don't see a problem with that at all?

Don't forget CPBU. Its toxicity is nicely being hidden by its managers. Its dysfunction reflected in the epic failure of ESX 7 update 3. They are already sugarcoating the failure as result of a third party driver change. Engineering community is laughing at these jokers.

Toxic Management. Micro management at all leadership levels. Leaders (MAMBG) have no personalities. Some of the recent leadership hires are robotic and have zero interpersonal skills. Mystery how these types get hired. Raghu/Ajay - are you watching/listening?

We are fixing SASI/Velo/ENI. Then the train will pick up the rest of the BUs. EUC is the second toxic BU.

We are NOT LEAVING. The toxic racist criminal managers will.

Cheers

Is the goal of management to make the company better, or to increase their bank account balance?
