Carrots will be dangled to raise morale. Just buying time while they figure out yet another failed plan.
Gulfstream delivers airplanes, not employee job/pay satisfaction.
Does anyone else remember the time that Gulfstream was considered for a best place to work list but it did not make the list and lanyard were handed out with best place to work afterwards?
